Office Live Small business email help

Question

Friend and i run carrollcustomcadillac.com I'm wanting to send out bulk emails from a contact list i have for a newsletter we'll be sending out. so far the only way to do this is to create a new email and manually type all 65 email contacts into the "To:" field. How can i avoid having to do so and just send an amil to the list in one shot?

put the contacts you want to send to in a category and then add the category after clicking the TO button in the compose email area.

I get the message saying "To add someone to a category, first make them a contact." They're already a contact

the other option is , to just click the box next to each contact when you click the TO button its better than manually typing out everyone, however, i would suggest adding them all to the BCC line rather than the TO line so as not to give everyone everyone elses email address.
