remus_lupin
Hello all, My dad is currently looking for a camera to use while diving underwater. We have narrowed it down to two options; Sealife DC1200 or Canon powershot G12 with underwater housing. However I am unsure which would be the better choice, I believe the canon is a better overall camera, but are there any specific advantages to getting a camera designed specifically for use under the water? And yes, the canon with housing is more expensive, but that's not a factor. http://www.sealife-cameras.com/cameras/dc1200.html http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/CanonG12/ There is this simple case I am looking at for the canon G12 (if we get that) http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/653410-REG/Canon_4042B001_WP_DC34_Case_for_Canon.html (130 feet is enough) Thanks for your input
thechronic
I'm assuming this is for in the bath or exploring the depths of the lavatory. Might i recommend this one
