Somnus
I am sorting data of a list greater than 40,000 entries. I am using columns A - N and rows 2 - 41,340 What I would like to do is scan by row and remove the duplicates, but also remove the original of the duplicate. Anyone know how I can do this? No unfortunately that didn't work. I missed stating that I would like to find the duplicated based on columns B C E F G H and remove them accordingly. 0 Charisma Veteran Posted September 9, 2011 Veteran Share Posted September 9, 2011 Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you meant rows. Let me poke around a bit in my notes and see what I can find.. I used to work with Excel quite a bit. Which version are you using btw?

0 Somnus
Import to Access and run a dup query Ok I have done that and got all the dupes. Now is there an easy way to remove that data from the existing table?
