How can you not want to see Return of the King on a big screen :p :)

Because everytime I go to the movies, people can't shut the f**k up and their mobile phones ringing all the time :) But this winter I'll be in Japan so I'll try to catch it on the big screen there... maybe the japanese movie goers are more considerate ;)

Can't say I've had any real bad experiences in a while when I've gone to see a movie. Only when I decided to go take my niece to see Finding Nemo was a little out of hand but they're kids. Just gotta find the right theater is all :)

LoTR - RoTK

I'll go see Revolutions, but I'm certainly not waiting with bated breath.

After that, Hellboy is looking interesting. My bro is working on it doing post compositing. He says it looks interesting. Dark Horse comics made some good stories.

I'm right there with you!

If I ever et rich, I am opening a theater where:

1) No babies are allowed. Don't even get me started on these stoopid A-Holes that care more about seeing a movie than they do their own kids. No wonder so many kids grow up to be jerks if they're seeing R rated movies from 9 months on.

2) Cell phones would be dampened inside theaters. Unless your a doctor, or your expecting a call from Jesus, turn it OFF!! You're not that important!!

3) People that that talk will be asked to leave if they are disturbing other people.

WAY too many people were obviously never taught manners or consideration for others in public. I love it when I ask someone to be quite and they get mad at ME! Some woman was arguing with someone on her cell phone during a movie I was at and my friend and I both asked her VERY POLITELY if she could please go outside with it. About the 3rd time she cursed at the person on the phone, I stood up and asked everybody in the theater to please keep it down and for the projectionist to stop the movie because she obviously had a VERY important phone call. :-) She got the picture and left much the the delite of those around us (judging from the applause)!

Seriously, why can't people jsut be considerate?

So you mean to tell me that you actually get excited when you see that trailer? Sorry, but just because he's directing does not warrant me spending $10 on a movie that looks totally uninteresting.

Why do you think this movie looks uninteresting? I think it looks fantastic; especially from the trailer.

Just does. I'm wrong to criticize others for being interested in others. What I can't understand is why someone would want to see a movie just because of the director. That shouldn't be the sole basis.

As for my disinterest in the movie, the trailer seems to lack any real excitement if you ask me.
