I just upgraded one of our users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007. He's reporting a problem wherein his contacts' E-mail addresses are visible when viewing the contact list ("Cards" view) but when he composes a new message and adds recipients via clicking the "To..." button, the addresses are not associated with the names and Outlook reports invalid addresses.
Clearly the addresses are still there, but can anyone tell me how to re-associate them with names?
