Keyboard testing software?

Question

Hey guys. I'm looking for a piece of software that tests and displays key presses, however I need this app to do it while the app is NOT in focus. Basically, I've noticed on Facebook lately if I'm typing quite fast (which, is normal for me) it will on occasion miss out keys. The only problem is, this is rather random and can happen at any time, I can quite recreate the experience en whim. I'm not sure if it's the keyboard dying out (it is a cheapy Genius keyboard after all, hardly a top of the range keyboard, and I've had it for longer then I can remember) or if it's just Facebook being laggy (seen as they've thrown a ton of AJAX into their chat interface I wasn't sure if it could just be code lag, if that's at all possible - especially since I'm using IE10 beta). So, I'd like to know if there's a bit software that can track keys and display them in a text field when it's not in focus.

Cheers guys.

Any keylogger will do this for you. There are literally tons to choose from (google), but since I dont use any I cannot recommend a specific one. Best of luck to you.

* Change the keyboard

* Try a different browser

* Write a keylogger yourself - there's a six nines warranty for it to be malware free :p

You know... that's not a bad idea! Haha. I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner lol.
