Communigate Server Pro Automated Rules

If there's anyone around familiar with Communigate Pro Server automated rule processing, I need a little help. My ISP's web email service runs this and has the ability to filter mail. I want to do what seems like 2 simple, but different things.

#1. I want to to send an automated reply to direct people on my address list to begin using a new email account.

#2. This might be a little more difficult, but I believe it's possible. I want to search the subjects of incoming messages and delete them based on content. (A sort of junk mail filter implented on the server level so I won't even have to see it.)

So, if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
