Detection
I have Office 2010 SP1 installed - I downloaded the SP1 separately a while ago with the size coming in at 450mb x64 - 370mb x86 I look on Technet and SP1 x64 (Not Office, just SP1) is 1,395Mb and the x86 one is 1,513Mb What is different ? Why is Technet's version so huge? Is it language packs ?
0 Roger H. Veteran Posted October 11, 2011 Veteran Share Posted October 11, 2011 I think the technet version is the full ISO with it already integrated. So when you install you are installing SP1 already, not Office then install SP1. Then again maybe you are looking at WAVE1 which does include all the languages - like 26 different languages. 0 Detection
Well when I click on "keys" it says No key required so I guess its not actually Office itself I think your probably right though with the 26 languages, makes sense thanks
