I'm assuming this is some kind of driver issue because it's very specific to when I'm playing audiobooks in mp3 format or when I'm streaming radio talk shows using my media player. I don't notice the trilling, chirping noises when playing music or when nothing is being played. This seems to be specific to Quintessential Media Player, but unfortunately their forum seems to be shut down. I'm not hearing the chirping noises in WMP or Winamp.
Any guidance on how I can track down the problem? Thanks!
PS: I have Winamp optimized for music and QMP optimized for audiobooks, and I can't stand WMP, so I'd really prefer to solve the problem rather than just stop using QMP. Thanks again. :)
