I have a customer who's icons for her Adobe and Ms Office don't show. They are set by default to open with these programs and I tried resetting the default open application but no luck. I'm waiting to see if reinstalling them will fix it because the computer is on a domain and reinstalling would take steps/authorizations/etc. in order to do and that might not even fix it. Does anyone has any suggestions?
