Not sure where this belongs, but I guessed this falls under Health.

I have listed the jist of the article.

Panax ginseng in particular has weight-loss properties

Cayenne pepper increases metabolism

Cinnamon can boost metabolism and increase insulin levels

Not only does Black pepper improve digestion, it also helps burn fat at a faster

Dandelions cleanse the body and slow down digestion :x

Mustard is actually a great weight-loss tool

Turmeric can also help reduce the chance of diabetes [seems like a duplicate, since regular mustard contains tumeric]

Studies show that Ginger can suppress appetite, aid digestion, remove toxins and raise the temperature of the body to boost metabolism

Cardamom boosts metabolism and is low in saturated fat [never heard of the stuff, myself]

Cumin helps the digestive process and production of energy while boosting the immune system

Hum - if you haven't heard of Cardamon you haven't watch Guy Fieri or Gordon Ramsay. Guy loves cardamon - it's used in rye breads alot.

Despite how good cardamom might be for your health, it tastes like trees and gardens; it's possibly the worse spice ever discovered

Maybe you got a bad batch, or something. It's similar to ginger, in that it's a strong spice usually used in sweet foods.
