tayldavi
It's a scam email, just take a look at the url that you pasted. Anything between the http:// and an @ sign in a url is a username. so the real address is the ip address listed.

vespaman
just check who's the sender is usually they have customer@anything.paypal.com. couple months ago someone was using @anything.bestbuy.com too to send email to their customer and asking to update the password. be very careful. they NEVER..EVER send email asking us to update our password or information!! and next time make sure you type the correct URL. Example, https://www.paypal.com because some people don't pay attention to what they typing on the keyboard and fall to a scam website (just for example..maybe..) http://www.paipal.com. well, that's my advice :)

Glowstick
1) The URL: http://www.paypal.com/@211.113.186.42/pp/processing.htm 2) If Paypal has your informations and just wants to verify them, why does it not require you to login and leave all fields blank requiring you to fill it out completely? Try to think about that one. Some common sense would help!
