Outlook xx64 and verifyinf data

Question

Hi,

Sorry fot the fatfinger typo in the subject..... blush

I am SO frazzled these days I can't remember if I posted this question. I did a quick search of my posts and did not see it so here goes.

EVERY time I open Outlook it goes through this "verifying Data Integrity" stage. I never used to do it and I can think of no incidents that could have started it.

Any ideas what things would cause Outlook to start doing this?

Thanks,

That worked but it automatically tried to fix my hotmail file, which I know isn't even stored localy, and ruined it. Had to restart from the beginning with that one.

Thanks!

Recreating the hotmail account fixed it. I had no real email on there anyway. I use that account just for testing.

Thanks much! Gotta remember that scanpst!

OOP! Outlook just started the "Verifying Data Integrity" again this morning. Not sure what to do. Could there be something, a service, program etc... that is corrupting these files. After it does the Verifying and load fully everything goes well. It's just very annoying and takes a long time.

Thanks.
