Youtube Videos Pixelated in Firefox

Question

I recently noticed that videos played in youtube are pixelated. I'm not sure if it's always been like that or if it just started happening. Videos from other websites that play with a flash player are not pixelated. It's more noticable when playing in fullscreen mode. And there's a lot of tearing as well.

I've done some trouble shooting. Disabled plugins, changed profiles, tried a clean user account, uninstalled and reinstalled flash. I can't figure it out. It's just youtube videos. Has it always been like that?

I would probably in Firefox check on Adobe site for updated Flash.

It is a separate plugin for Firefox unlike the one in for IE.

Just a thought... also check to see if the quality level is lower.

I deleted cookies. I updated flash, and even tried beta versions. Maybe it's firefox. I don't know. Hopefully someone will reply and know what's going on.

It doesn't do it in chrome. Chrome uses the same plugin. What could it be. It's like the video doesn't get scaled properly. In firefox when the video is fullscreen. The controls are huge. But in IE and Chrome. It's the normal size as expected when not in fullscreen.
