UnaBonger
Dumb question... What is the name of the legal document that employers have employee's sign in regards to internet usage? Non-Disclosure, Terms of Usage? And to take it a step further, would anyone either have a generic one that they can send to me or know of a web site that has them available? I'd search for it myself but I'm drawing a blank on the common name of the legal form...
+BudMan MVC Posted September 30, 2003 MVC Share Posted September 30, 2003 um - internet usage agreement What else would it be called? Maybe computer usage agreement, or network usage, etc..

morganpugh84
Where I work, Xerox, you have to sign (well actually it is part of your contract) that you agree to comply with the network (which includes internet) usage policy. One important point is that they (the company) can change it at any point as they as it is communicated with you. If you do not agree you can break the contract without any risk of being sued, etc. However you will probably loose your job :p
UnaBonger
I don't necessarily agree with how these contract operate but I had a client of mine ask me to write on up (yuck). I was hoping tp find a generic one that I use as a template and change to their needs... You know how it goes, what the client wants the client gets...
