-=SD=-
I was wondering if you guys the minimal amount of services to run on start-up that will not kill my connection on a restart or shut down? I can't seem to figure out which service is needed for this to happen, and the ones I turned off don't really say anything about it (really only turned off messenger and the xp firewall). I have a router if that means anything, but it's basically the pc not getting the IP, it tells me it fails to connect and I then have to reset my router or turn it off and back on to get it to work. Any ideas??

MitchShrader
same website has some WIZARD good rules for setting up e-mail filters.. to manage an active web based account without exposing oneself to virii and spending minimal time wading spam. very useful to anyone who wishes security without a ton of time investment or expensive (slow) mail scanning.. efficient.
