deano_98
So I just tried to access my routers admin page to open ports and I get "Problem loading page" I've checked that I'm using the correct default gateway (192.168.0.1) I've tried turning the router on and off but that hasn't helped Any ideas? I've been able to access it plenty of times before so I don't get what's happened?
Roger H. Veteran Posted December 21, 2011 Veteran Share Posted December 21, 2011 Tried different browsers? Different PCs? Maybe try Telnet to the router also? If still, you can always reset it and just configure your settings again.
deano_98
Tried telnet, different browser and my laptop with no success. Guess I'm going to have to reset then, sigh Cheers for the response :)
helpifIcan
If you have not reset yet try just a power cycle first.
TEX4S
Can you ping your router ?
+BudMan MVC Posted December 22, 2011 MVC Share Posted December 22, 2011 What specific router? Sure you not blocking it via any software firewall? Are you wireless or wired - normally and quite often the default it to block access to the routers admin page via wireless. This is a very valid security setting.
