kiddingguy
How'd you get that legal copy of The Matrix Reloaded before it hits the street?
Dazzla Veteran Posted October 2, 2003 Veteran Share Posted October 2, 2003 I have the retail DVD, retail packaging as well. Got it 4 days ago, it's pretty sucky, the extras are total ****e. I'm just hoping they pull out all the stops and release a sweet ass trilogy boxset next year which should be something special.
Morphos
 It's no big deal to have Reloaded on DVD. The 4 gig image was on an extremely popular bit torrent site about a month and a half ago, or 2 months. I got it, which means several hundred (thousands?) of people just as special have it too. No big thing.
Dazzla Veteran Posted October 2, 2003 Veteran Share Posted October 2, 2003 He's talking about the retail DVD, as in packaging etc, 2 discs, what'll be on shop shelves in a few days. At least that's what I was talking about. I've had the DVDR for about a month as well but it aint the shiny real thing ;)
kiddingguy
correct. ain't noting like the real thing when it comes to the matrix ;)
Dazzla Veteran Posted October 2, 2003 Veteran Share Posted October 2, 2003 Shop price in the UK is ?26.99 which I think is disgusting, the second disc is pure crap. Glad I only paid ?16.99 for it, but I still aint happy. The trilogy boxset better be good...

Captain Crunch
Why not just borrow it from a video store... get dvd x copy and make a personal copy for yourself incase you scratch the disc in 2 days of borrowing... :D then take it back :p ?3 for borrowing and ?1 for a DVD-R = 4.00... much better then 16.9;);)
Dazzla Veteran Posted October 2, 2003 Veteran Share Posted October 2, 2003 That's exactly the same as downloading it off the net, loss of quality, no packaging. What's the point? Some of us take a little pride in owning stuff that isn't contained on non branded blank optical media on a spindle...
