Question
roguekiller23231
i've been having this strange issue with the Task Manager in windows vista 64bit ultimate, iv'e had it installed for a long time, but on occasion the task manager will lock, and the strangest thing happens, the updates for how much the CPU is being used stop being updated every 1 second, there updated in real time, the indicator flashes super quick in the icon/notification bar and the graph just goes nuts. the problem is that i cant close it or do anything with it until i restart, i can use the computer as normal but cant do anything with the task manager.
anyone know how this happens?
