Wipe iTunes match data and start again?

Question

I have around 15,000 songs in my library. Maybe 6000 of them are > 256bit.

I signed up for iTunes match and just let it run on my library. After waiting 12-13+ hours it had only uploaded around 3000 of the 6000 songs which were > 256bit (a stupid idea in my opinion as at least 90% of them are available in iTunes, should really give you the option of not uploading and using the iTunes version)

I then decided to stop the process and re-encode all the > 256bit files to < 256bit as I still have the CD's if I want to re-rip them again at a higher bitrate.

I selected all my music from within iTunes and deleted (making sure to check the delete from iCloud checkbox too)

However when I run the update iTunes match command from the store menu after it has scanned my now blank library it's saying I have almost 10,000 songs available in iCloud also my iPhone shows probably around that amount too.

Question is how the hell do I wipe all the songs from iCloud and start again fresh?

Well after some research it appears you can only delete around 1000 songs at a time from iCloud which is why when I deleted my whole library it didn't delete everything.
