devilotX
Damn myie2, that rocks For me it can be summed up as "Pitfall" on the 2600, thats what got me started in gaming but I didn't mature into a gamer untill classics like Contra, T&C Surf Designs(!) and Super Mario came my way on the NES

Eli
I can't remember the title that got me involved in gaming but it was a type of 2D adventure game that only had lines and dots. It was on my dad's computer (386 or less at the time). Then it was Hugo and Hugo2 until I played Day Of The Tenticle (which I still have a copy of with all the passwords....legal of course ;)) After that my Dad bought me a NES and I was hooked on the two original gold carts of Zelda and Link (which I still proudly own). Eli
I'm not really sure the order of which the two came into play (I was young back then) but I loved both systems. Now I think it was the other way around (sorry for the error).

Eli
Another thing to add. The day I REALLY got involved in Video Game playing again (I took a break when the SuperNes and Playstation came out) was the day I saved up (by shovelling driveways) enough money to buy a Nintendo 64. No games at all. Just the system and a second controller. Happiest moment in my life opening that package.
