Lagging in games. Why? please help

Alright. I have sbc for my dsl provider. Currently im getting the 768 package from them. Ive had it since jan and so far so good till now. Lately i have been lagging out of games so bad its not even funny. So i went on to dslreports.com and had some of the guys there look at my line. This is what they posted.

They tell me everything looks good. Well why am i still lagging in games so bad? I thought maybe virus or trojan. Got Ad-aware going along with norton. everyhting is ok there. plus I have zone alarm going to. No matter if they are on or off i still get a crappy connection now. What gives? It cant be the wiring in the house, the modem is directly connected to the phone lines outside.... Can anyone shed some light on this? :unsure: :( :(

I jsut did a speed test and im at 645 download, 135 upload..

but im still lagging

i think its my upload..... But ive been laggin in the XIII demo as of late, and Ive been lagging in battlefield..... its jsut not a good feeling
