Need to make Drives not Restorable on Windows XPo

n D and E Drives

I have OS on C but want to move Data to new laptop and make data on other drives not Restorable

dont need any one to be able to use any tools to return deleted Documents

you could try DBAN

It's an open-source bootable secure drive wiper.

For safety, I'd recommend unplugging any drives that you don't want to wipe... just in case. ;)
