0 Daedroth
It's going to be down to a combination of reviews and cost. In our place, we use Sophos Endpoint. It's sufficient, does the job required and doesn't break the bank. Some other recommended ones; Here's the list we looked at when looking at a replacement for Sophos; ESET Kaspersky Symantec Trend Micro Microsoft Forefront
0 REM2000
I faced the same thing last year and went with Kaspersky. It came close between that and ESET as i wanted something easy to manage but with a very light footprint on the computers. I ran some performance tests and found that Kaspersky was one of the best (the other being ESET), in the end it came down to the fact that at the time kaspersky had much better Admin tools and management. The Kaspersky Toolset is good and will protect the desktops in multiple ways, i.e. block bad sites, firewall, block usb, the admin is easy and the system runs doesn't require too much in the way of day to day running, it pretty much looks after itself. 0 goretsky Supervisor Posted April 4, 2012 Supervisor Share Posted April 4, 2012 Hello, ESET just put out a release candidate version for its business software today, including the management console. Obviously, too late for your purchase cycle, but I'm wondering if it has come any closer to closing the gap. Regards, Aryeh Goretsky I faced the same thing last year and went with Kaspersky. 0 Dan~
At work we have McAfee 8.8 with EPO, seems to do the trick just fine, although a little of a resource hogger

0 chrisdoland
1.Kasperky : Light on resources. Highest accuracy, no false positves. 2.Symantec: Lightest on resources. High accuracy, few false positives. Has beeb reported to delete programs without any user choice. 3.Eset: Highest on resources. Fair accuracy, No false positives. I just researched this last evening for hours. I found several main testing sites with up to date results on enterprise software. The Eset Enterprise 5 has reached a release candidate and is still free to try for a few months. http://www.av-test.org/en/tests/test-reports/
