Greasemonkey YouTube script that automatically switches to highest q. video

Question

I am looking for a Greasemonkey script that automatically switches to the highest quality version of a video when I am viewing content on YouTube.

  • YouTube HD Suite was fine until recently but now it has stopped working and since it hasn't been updated since August 2011, I am not holding much hope for it to be updated any time soon.
  • YouTube Enhancer ruined the YouTube video page layout and didn't automatically switch to the highest video for me.
  • Yays! (Yet Another Youtube Script) didn't automatically switch to the highest video for me, although I believe it was meant to.

I have set YouTube settings to "Always choose the best quality for my connection and player size" but this never works, which is why I am intending to use a Greasemonkey script.

Any suggestions?

2012.4.6

It randomly stopped working a few days ago. YouTube will have changed something in the background.

I hope the author updates the script soon.
