Kick Ass 2 Films This Summer For Release Next May

I just wish they don't forget that what made Kick Ass so great was not primarily the violence but the clever humour.

Obviously, can't speak to the film's humor compared to the first one, but I can say that he was wrong about the rating. I don't know why he would think a major film like this would limit itself to a small audience that an NC-17 rating would bring. Anyway, it got Rated R for strong violence, pervasive language, crude and sexual content, and brief nudity.

The fact that it has Jim Carrey in it suggests it won't be funny at all though  :/

I'm not watching any of those clips. lol. Sometimes too much ruins it for me during watching the film.

Hope this isnt gonna be a let down, seems to be hyped too much!

reviews from advanced screenings in Toronto suggest its better than the first. (and reading the comic and knowing the storyline already, I totally agree)
