Make Everything Dubstep!

Yeah, so I came across this from another forum I frequent. Just throw your songs in and turn all those great songs you love and enjoy into mangled dubstep garbage! :D

http://the.wubmachine.com/

But seriously, some of the results are pretty cool to say the least. Share what you've done on here if it's good, laughably bad, or just... interesting! Whatever the case hahah!

Here's a few samples I found posted from others:

Circle of Life (Lion King)

Snoop Dogg ft. Kirby's Dreamland - Drop It Like It's Hot

Nice.... A website that shuts out more than half of web users; i.e. IE. (No, I didn't stutter.)

That means either they don't want IE users to use the site, or don't know how to code for it.

Pretty pathetic either way.

edit- Just checked and it won't let me use Lynx either, so there's some Unix/Linux/BSD users axed out too.

And, for what it's worth, I'd rather Goa, or take it back EBM.

Honestly, that sucks. It's little more than some acid-ish bass lines (tr303 samples mixed up in Reason), filters and edits. And it really doesn't fit the "dubstep" genre either.

Yeah, I thought it was going to be better but after listening a while it wasn't very good.

I was talking about the edit...

Don't beat 'round the bush.

But really, web devs that say "you must use 'yyyyy' browser" to access their stuff....

is that net-neutrality?

So, it's okay for a webdev to discriminate because of your browser but a business owner can't....

nevermind.

(now that was trolling... ;) )

Your homework for tonight is to:

a) locate your Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Skinny Puppy and Front Line Assembly cassettes

b) sample those

c) relax to some 808 State

d) remix your samples while tuning in to Rotterdam Terror Corps, Pet Shop Boys and Massive Attack, and pretend you are part of The Prodigy.

--- if you can slip a lil KMFDM in... with breakbeats... you're golden.

Just kidding.

System of a Down - Chop Suey

Here's a song I threw in twice. I don't have a name for the track other than "dead angle". Not sure if that's a bad translation for Dead Angel or whatever the hell.

- Dubstep Version | Electro Version

I'm ruining my music! What's wrong with me?? :iiam:

http://soundcloud.co...2-total-war-wub omg lmfao this is hilarious

I actually like it. :s Seriously, came out pretty damn well!

...I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's actually pretty clever. :) I tried it with "Butterflies" by She Makes War, which is a fairly minimalistic song, and the end result actually sounds pretty good; even the artist herself likes it! :p http://soundcloud.com/mightyjordan/butterflies-wub-machine-remix

So I bought a new pair of Astro A40s and I wanted to legally download free dubstep in aiff. I cant' find any anywhere :( I acutally can't find much music to listen to in aiff at all even if I wanted to pay for it, but I'd love to just try the headset out by listening to aiff files (I hear the quality is great). Anyone have any ideas? Preferably free legal downloads. I love dubstep.

This is a remix of Lux Aeterna, a song by Clint Mansell for the 2000 movie Requiem for a Dream. More information about the song:
If you have a subwoofer, all the better! The bass in this thing is legendary. Even the video is fantastic.
