WTB : HTC Flyer or Acer Iconia A100?

Which To Buy : Second hand HTC Flyer or brand new Acer Iconia A100?

I am stuck...they are similar price and I have a limit of ?200-?250 in UK.

Pls help.

Depends what you want to use it for, really... The Flyer has the digitizer and stylus for handwriting, the A100 has an ICS update now (I don't think the Flyer does?).

I have used both and I would recommend not getting the HTC Flyer.

I have also used both, its a tough call. The HTC Flyer has much better build quality and display but its internal hardware is a little dated now, single core CPU and Adreno 205. On the other hand the Acer A100 has a plastic cheap feeling build with a sub par display but has a dual core CPU and a decent GPU.

If it were me and I didn't care about the Flyer's pen input features and were going to game a lot I would go for the Acer...or for $100 you can get a 7" Kindle Fire, root it and install ICS and be good to go :D
