Meh. It was a ****ty game. No team deserved to win, but Germany certainly deserved to lose and be ejected from the competition. Scumbag Platini stated that there would be absolutely no tolerance for reckless/racist behaviour, with immediate stop of the game and sanctions to the respective team, yet through the entire match:

• racist chants
• darker Portuguese players got the ball (specially Nani) -> the traditional "monkey shouts"
• corner kick -> objects were thrown to the players
• smoke bombs in the stands
• it was annoying to constantly hear via the intercom system: "German dudes, chill out or your team will be sanctioned"
