Sigurd
Hey guys, I was looking at a camera for my mum and came across these 2 cameras Nikon Coolpix S3200 http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/nikon-coolpix-s3200-compact-digital-camera-red-12333942-pdt.html Nikon Coolpix s3300 http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/nikon-coolpix-s3300-compact-digital-camera-red-12818411-pdt.html I was trying to figure out what the differene is between them besides the higher prie on the s3300, can anyone shed some light? Thanks
Argote
The difference seems to be the VR feature, which in Nikonspeak means Image Stabilization. Image stabilization is a nice feature to have as it allows you to take some shots that would be otherwise blurry. I would also consider this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004I1KP5C/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&psc=1 though the S3300 is nice as well. Sigurd
Thanks for the info mate, probably better to go with the VR feature for the extra money for her. The Lumix looks nice, shame they dont do it in red or I would of probably ordered that instead. Thanks again :)
