Audacity can do it if you are after a particular piece of the audio.

If you are looking for wholesale ripping, I don't know I'm sorry.

Didn't know audacity could do that, what's wholesale ripping?

I don't think I'll be able to just open the file from audacity will I?

If you just want to extract the audio, upload it to clipconverter.cc and convert it to mp3 or m4a / aac.

Some of those places don't extract audio without loss in bitrate, even if you select 'high quality'.

Thanks for the suggestion, I actually found another app called 'Pazera Free Audio Extractor'.

Works really well.

I use that as well. It's the only one I know of which can extract the original audio stream, which means no loss in quality.
