Help with choosing Ram

Hi all,

Just wondered when I am buying a home pc to use for Microsoft office and movies do I need to have loads of Ram or 4GB would be enough and do the Job?the PC has 8GB do I need that much HomePC?

4 is enough. 8 if fine too. I wouldn't worry too much as long as it's at least 4. remove bloatware and you are fine.

Usually when buying premade PCs we don't worry about the ram. it is very cheap to upgrade ram with quality stuff so not much to worry about.

As stated above, 4GB is enough if you're not doing something special with your PC. 8GB is even better but not necessary unless you're doing some heavy work. :)
