Redmondian
I was cleaning out my closet the other day and I found an Atari 2600 in prime condition, no damage, no scratches, in original box and all. Just for the fun of it I thought I would advertise it on eBay and see if it's worth anything to a collector. :shifty: Anyway, I fired it up and played centipede for about 40 minutes, and it's funny. How an old game kept me playing for that long. Amazing!

devBrian
How many games does it come with? If it has 50+ games, you can get $90-100 out of it... depending on the titles. If it has 10 or less games, you won't get much outta it. Maybe from $10-$30 depending on titles.

splatnix
Do what I did: just add it to the working collection and continuie playing on it, keeping it in good condition (good condition b/c I'm one of those above mentioned collectors). Nothing better than sitting down every once-in-awhile to play Pitfall, PacMan, Bezerk, Enduro, Asteroids, Missle Command, Smuf (one of the hardest damned games I own), Battlezone, Space Invaders, Solaris..... the list goes on. And hit up your local Salvation Army or Goodwill or pawn shops - you can get games as cheap as 5-7 CENTS and that's WITH BOX and (if your lucky) instructions too!
