The problem is I also use outlook.com with my @me account, it's registered as a microsoft id. Swift-R
Its not. Just forward the iCloud one to the outlook.com one. I presume that iCloud has that feature I don't have an outlook.com email. I use ******@me.com for both icloud and outlook. It's registered as a microsoft id.

Swift-R
A microsoft id does not mean email goes to their servers. me.com is delivered here ;; ANSWER SECTION: me.com. 869 IN MX 10 mx2.me.com.akadns.net. me.com. 869 IN MX 10 mx4.me.com.akadns.net. me.com. 869 IN MX 10 mx6.me.com.akadns.net. me.com. 869 IN MX 10 mx5.me.com.akadns.net. me.com. 869 IN MX 10 mx1.me.com.akadns.net. me.com. 869 IN MX 10 mx3.me.com.akadns.net. something@me.com is NOT your MS email address, just because you registered it as a ID, is not the same as an email address. What is your MS email address, then forward your me.com email to that address. So, you mean, when I registered the @me.com in microsoft as an ID, I must have also registered a microsoft email. How can I know that email? Edit: Ok, I have found a solution. I have created an email alias (@hotmail.com) in the ******@me.com microsoft account (in outlook) and fowarded all emails in icloud to that email. That way I receive emails and send emails as @me.com. Now I have a question, creating an alias was way too easy. Only one step. Is this safe? I mean, it didn't require any confirmation or so, may anyone who register an email equal to my alias use it? +BudMan MVC Posted August 4, 2012 MVC Share Posted August 4, 2012 No I can not for example go and create the same hotmail address as you. Try it if you want, pretend your setting up a new hotmail account and try and setup using the alias/address you just created.
