bogas04
When Sidebar is off and then enabled, all the content shifts to left and it annoys me a lot , is there anyway to stop this using some script or something? Thanks :)
grayscale
Adblock :D I'm assuming you want the left thumbnails removed.
bogas04
No i mean when you turn on the sidebar all the content of the site moves to left , doesn't it ? I want to stop that .
grayscale
Yes, when you hide the sidebar on the right. The thumbnails of the online friends are then shifted to the left, right? And you don't want that to happen. So turn off the sidebar, then use Adblock to hide the div that contains the thumbnails. The next time you hide the sidebar, the content will no longer shift since it is hidden.
MikeChipshop Member Posted August 6, 2012 Member Share Posted August 6, 2012 Eh? What do you want? Do you want it to cover the content instead?

bogas04
Sorry i don't know how to block a div , I can find the div using Firefox Inspector but I don't really know how to hide it ... Eh? What do you want? Do you want it to cover the content instead? It won't cover seeing it's width is same when turned on or off
grayscale
Try this. Add this to your filters facebook.com###pagelet_friends_online or use Adblock Element Hider Helper addon. It's restartless. Then use Shift+F3. Hover over the div you want to hide (pressing N/W goes lower/higher in the div hierarchy) and click to hide it. You can preview it, too so you're sure of which elements are affected. Totally misunderstood your question. I apologize.
