Study: Oral Sex Cures Morning Sickness

ALBANY, N.Y. (CBSDC) ? Pregnant women have used natural remedies such as a teaspoon of ginger or a mint to help battle morning sickness. But now, one medical professional believes you can add oral sex to that list.

According to Gordon Gallup, a psychologist at SUNY-Albany, the best way to cure morning sickness during pregnancy is sperm.

But not just any sperm, it should be the sperm of the person who got you pregnant.

Gallup believes the reason a pregnant woman gets morning sickness is due to the unfamiliar semen in their body due to the pregnancy.

Gallup says in his findings that the woman?s body will initially reject the father?s semen as an infection and react to it by vomiting.

Gallup says the best cure for morning sickness is to ingest the father?s semen so her body can build up a tolerance to what?s already in her body.

Gallup agrees with the 2000 abstract from the National Center for Biotechnology Information, which showed that oral sex and swallowing sperm is correlated with a diminished occurrence of preeclampsia.

PubMed Health defines preeclampsia as when a pregnant woman develops high blood pressure and protein in the urine after the 20th week, which is usually in the late second or third trimester of pregnancy.

I'll be sure to tell the girl I'm dating this if i ever get her pregnant. lol

I'm not a medical professional, but I find this hard to believe. first, I can MAYBE understand the body rejecting the sperm, but the solution is to swallow it to build up a tolerances? Again, I'm no expert, but I would think that in the time it took to swallow semen and have it end up in the stomach where the acid and other enzymes would break it down pretty quick, or at least kill the sperm, would be pretty quick, and that none of it, if anything would absorb into the blood stream. Don't get me wrong, as much as I'd like to be able to tell the next girl that swallowing is good for her, I find this to be a little far fetched.

Sounds like a load of rubbish to me. My wife suckled down more semen than Jemma Jameson and she still had morning sickness.

Best comment of the week.

Well you know what the Oak Ridge Boys say

Come on in, baby take you coat off,

Come on in, baby take a load off

Come on in, baby shake the blues off

I'm gonna love that frown away

Come on in, baby put a smile on,

Come on in, baby tell me what's wrong

Come on in, the blues will be long gone

I'm gonna love your hurt away.

Easy. Your wife's body has built up tolerance to your semen and it doesn't have that effect on her any more.

LOL @ the comment from the website:

My wife didn't believe it at first. But after a few months she couldn't do without it. She also uses it as an appetite suppressant, for headaches, PMS and menstrual cramping, moodiness, an OCD medication for sexual addiction, gambling, smoking, drug/alcohol abuse, shopping and talking on the phone/texting, anti-depression and anti-anxiety relief, a topping for chocolate ice cream and a topical skin ointment. It has always been nature's cure all for women and their best source of protein. Try some today!

So one guy comes up with a theory and it gets reported over the media as if it's fact? That's not how medicine works. The guy is a psychologist; he specialises in mental processes, not biology. That's like interviewing a chemist when writing an article about the Large Hadron Collider. It's irresponsible journalism.

I didn't realise that CBS was a gutter-tabloid.
