ms usually releases stuff at 6-8pm UK time so it doesn't surprise me that it hasn't been released yet. Hoping IE10 for win7 might be released today on ie site or msdn/technet.

Get with the times. There are plugins for firefox and chrome that will auto refresh a page for you, no longer shall you hit f5 =)

Yeah I'm downloading the file Windows 8. I see a "Windows 8 Pro VL" which I'm not sure what that is but it says it's not available at my subscription level.

VL = volume licence, an enterprise thing... if you got the 199 subscription you won't have access to it.
