Is Hotmail Working ?

Edit : ive just tryed that and it says "A socket error occurred while reading a response from the server." So is that my problem or theres.

One thing though, Hotmail can go down and some people cant access it and encounter various errors.

I wouldnt fret right now, but if its an on-going thing that has lasted then more then a few hours then start some troubleshooting.

yeah ive rebooted my pc, cleared the cache etc. Dont want to install another browser. So i was wondering im trying to get to my e mail through the link in MSN messanger where it pops up u have so many new e mails etc. Is there a different server i could try accessing to get my hotmail ?

You can, outlook and outlook express allows you to check your hotmail accounts, try it and see if you can access your email account using outlook / outlook express.

Nope it still says that the server reported an internal error even when using outlook express. So is this a hotmail problem or is there anything wrong at my end :whistle:

its been going on for more than a few hours. should i start troubleshooting now ? what should i do first ?

Hey

-try to check if your computer time and date is well set, the passport authentification needs it

-Also try to manually accept Hotmail cookies in IE

keep in touvh

For the info, you're right Outlook/OE access will be restricted once the new premium Storage comes out this winter
