JoDaddy
Sorry if this is already somewhere; looked and didn't see it. Does anyone know of a mp3 and wma player that will play backwards? TIA

TwiztedCam
If you are just wanting a clip from a song to play backwards you could record it in Windows Sound Recorder. You would have to change the recording device, and to do so, go to Edit>Audio Properties. Under sound recording click Volume and check your sound card box, if it isn't there go to Options>Properties and check it in there. Mine just says Stereo Mixer, not sure what yours will say. Hope that helps a little bit. Then just play the clip or whatever in another audio player like winamp and record on Sound Recorder, and go into effects and hit backwards when you replay it. But I once looked for a MP3 player that played backwards and couldn't find one at all...

kryptonik
Are you trying to figure out if there is a secret message in a song or something? :alien:
JoDaddy
No. lol. There's this song by Fuel called slow, and at the end it has a piano playing backward. I just wanted to hear it. I figuered that some "mix" or DJ software would be able to do it, but so far the only one i've been able to find you have to pay for. I'm almost tempted to just figure out a way to do it using Java. I have a semester project that I have to do, and this might be a good one.
JoDaddy
Made a mistake {haven't figured out how to edit messages yet} The song is easy by fuel, not slow. What I ended up doing was downloading dbPowerAmp, then converting it to wave, and using sound recorder. Thanks TwiztedCam.
