I think...

Ok.

Are you expecting a discussion? Someone to argue against you? Are you expecting anything in the way of a reply to this thread? Because with one sentence to start the thread it's very difficult to form any kind of response.

Some ideas for you to consider:

  • Add a picture of the new iPod
  • Explain why you think Nokia, HTC and Samsung should join together to "tear Apple apart."
  • Make up a pseudo-opinion from the opposition, and explain why such an opposing opinion wouldn't be a good idea.
  • Explain what you think is wrong with the new iPod (I've not seen it myself yet so I can't comment).

Little things like the above mean that your post will receive replies, it leads to better discussion, and I won't have to keep posting the same one-word response to threads like these: ok.

There you go. New iPod is just a balant copy of the Lumia range, as people were arguing that the Lumia looks like the 4th gen of iPod, here's the picture and please do tell me how does it even remotely look a like:

This is not even close altho the new iPods are almost identical. If you'd use Lumia you'll know that over the Windows button there's the same size of whitespace that the new iPod has. Also the first picture of the new iPod shows the rounded icons, it even looks like the Nokia N9, just the difference that N9 has smaller icons.

As far as I know Nokia has already patents on their current N9/Lumia range design so it'll be hard to argue there.

HTC and Samsung are already prepearing to hold the iPhone 5 off the shelves on LTE patents (Which Samsung warned Apple on already), Samsung and HTC are the 3rd and 4th biggest LTE patent holders (behind Nokia and Qualcomm <- which Samsung has direct releations to) and even tho LTE itself is a standard patent it also incudes some propertary ones that Samsung can easily win on. (Of course if they don't get Koh on that trial again who'll dismiss everything from one side. How can this happen, I have no clue)

Then there's this GooPhone argument, sure they are making clones, but if they have already patented the GooPhone 5 or what ever then Apple has no chance in hell they'll win that patent case in China or Asia. Maybe US.

Why do I want Nokia, HTC and Samsung to tear them apart? Easy, as I'm tired of hearing of their stupid business practices, "If you can't outsell them, sue them"

I'm always up for discussion on this subject. I just feel strange that they think they will sue everyone that makes a "rounded corner" device or "slide to unlock" device but they can balantly copy others design and not being dealt with.
