Skyfrog
I see a girl bitting her like a vampire and a very red faced asian kid. Maybe it's just me but doesn't the asian kid's drawing seem a bit, offensive?

Skyfrog
Maybe its a fat Asian kid. I meant the eyes actually, not the weight. I thought drawing them slanted like that was considered racist now.
Alera
I thought that racism was mostly brought up by people pointing out the differences of others and thus creating a case for it. Irony? :/

HawkMan
I guess there is nothing wrong with these then either. http://toohotforwords.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/picture-115.png Except the top picture is just a chubby chinese kid. Those two examples are fairlynextrem racist stereotypes. If you can't see the difference then you're just looking for faults in google.
Rigby
Except the top picture is just a chubby chinese kid. Those two examples are fairlynextrem racist stereotypes. If you can't see the difference then you're just looking for faults in google. So you don't see the slanty eyes they drew? How can you call it an extreme stereotype on the old drink mix packet but then say it's fine on this doodle? Remember the recent ruckus over the Starbucks employee drawing slanted eyes on an asian customer's drink cup? Drawing slanted eyes like that is a racial stereotype. How did you know he was Chinese? That's right. No need to white knight Google, I'm not attacking them. Just think whoever drew that doodle was a bit careless. http://newamericamedia.org/2012/02/starbucks-serves-up-more-racism.php
HawkMan
Slanted eyes on a chinese... yeah? because the drink mix packed has far more than slanted eyes. maybe in your eagerness to see a wrong doing by google you managed to ignore that. Also an employee drawing slanted eyes on the cup of a chinese person because he's chinese isn't comparable to drawing a chinese "comic" person with chinese looking eyes. I'm not white knighting google, I generally dislike the company, I just don't see that they did anything wrong here.
Rigby
I am not eager to see wrong doing by Google (they didn't draw the doodle, they just posted it). I like Google, I'm just commenting on the pic. You say that drawing slanted eyes on an asian character isn't offensive, that's your opinion but I disagree. There was a thread on another site about it back when it was posted, quite a few people were making jokes about it or wondering what they were thinking. I was a little surprised to see them post something like that.
XerXis
Asians do look different, just like most africans have a black skin. Should we ignore those facts? The only racist thing in this thread is the fact that you somehow find a cartoon drawing of childs racists.
