So are going to get CoD

Well seeing as how Infinity Ward was aquired by Activision, I doubt EA is gonna sue. Even for the money, I mean c'mon how much did they make selling 5356456452345 Sims expansions ;)

It was pure speculation anyway. I've seen companies sue for less.

why would they sue any way

company split, EA got no control over it, EA doesn't own 2015 or Infinite warp

MOH:aa was developed by 2015

after that 2015 split, part stayed. and the more talented part created infinite warp

EA owning MOH:aa lincense started making those expansion packs, and now pacific assualt/rising sun.

while Infinite warp finished Call of Duty, and now Infinite Warp was acquired by Activision, and signed logn term contact. so more good games from the masters.

and 2015 is making Men Of Valor, game based in Vietnam, using Unreal Warfare engine. Men Of Valor is current under Sierra wing.

Dodge sued Ford and Chevy for using similar designs on the front end of their trucks. Are you starting to understand? I don't know if EA would care enough to sue or not. I doubt they would. I could see them doing it though. I was ponting out gfx similarities between the two games. EA can't tell people to not make WW2 themed games, thats given. EA can make a case for copying design elements. The compass, splash screen art, etc are so close to MOH its uncanny. I'm not a coporate lawyer, just speculating. I didn't mean for this to go on this long. The game is awesome and I will be buying its sequels alongside of new MOH games.

Only Allied Assault worth playing. Both Breakthrough and Spearhead are pretty mediocre games... and Call of Duty... Call of Duty is far, far ahead. Great gameplay, great graphics (and this really is Quake 3 engine), great mplayer... everything about this game r0x! Good luck Infinity Ward!

So are any of you WWII Game Freaks going to get this little gem?

IMO this could be one of the best and realistic FPS WWII Game released so far.

But don?t get me wrong I like MoHAA and BF1942 and I am anticipating the release of MoHAA:PA (MoHAA2) this Jan. But I don?t think it will be as good as Call of Duty.

Dude, what's happened to your website?
