PaulNC
uncommanded input... (From the hardware end) Ok, ahh bent or loose mobo pin? Another electrical device close by blasting the system? (I know that may sound/be stupid, but hey, when the really weird stuff happens, why not check?) Other than pulling cards from slots to see if that stops the chatter, then reinstalling one at a time. To be honest, I don't have a clue why software would permit/introduce random characters in a given app, but hey do the MS shuffle.. everyone out of the bus, then everyone back into the bus. (clean load Win) Best of Luck! -Paulnc
