AdventureTime
Hello, After doing lots of researching, my conclusion is that a lot of people prefers Asus routers because of it's range of coverage and it can easily be customized just by using an open-source firmware. Now, I am confused with the two. Asus RT N-16 and Asus RT N-66U. Which of the two is better in terms of WiFi coverage? I am talking about the 2.4Ghz coverage. Which is better for torrent downloading? also, which is more stable? Thanks.
Ambroos
Asus RT N-66U. That other one is ancient. That N-66U is pretty popular and one of the best consumer WiFi AP's you can get. Won't be disappointed. Personally I have a Linksys E4200 v1 (v2 is crap) running Tomato firmware and I love it. I've had it for months now and haven't had to do a single reboot. Handles all my heavy torrenting perfectly, the range is great and I get actual receive speeds over 100Mbit on my laptop (which has some pretty good WiFi hardware, but still). If you can still find that one you won't be disappointed either.
