temperature Intel Core 2 E8400 too hot?

with stock fan cooling, my e8400 is always between 45-50... up to 60 if playing games. if your fan is working then you will probably have to re mount your processor with new thermal paste.

Got the 212 too, it's a big heatsink but it does the job.
