android Android Remote DT with Drawable Overlay ?

I got my Dad a tablet for Christmas running ICS, everything is great and he uses it at work for remotely displaying powerpoint presentations via his netbook > projector via splashtop

He is looking for an app that can do the same, but in addition can draw on his tablet as an overlay of the presentation to highlight areas of powerpoint etc

Basically show the presentation and be able to draw over the top of it to a classroom as an alternative to a laser pointer (One that draws marks)

I've used Android for a while but can't think of anything that can do that

Any ideas?

EDIT - "Splashtop whiteboard" is not interactive apparently
