how to bridge 2 channels on cd player?

Recommended Posts

wow...that wasn't descriptive at all...but judging by my knowledge of any of the crappy stereo systems that are on the market (which yours is because of the name "super woofer") then NO. You will just end up blowing the stereo as it won't have enough wattage. The cables are also so skinny that the power would bleed backwards and probably melt the cables.

i dont really understand that either

but i assume you want to add a 10" sub to a minisystem or something.....

you will need a sub you can hook up your speakers to

like this.....

What you would need would be a "powered" sub as shown above ... and that's if I understood your question.

On second thought, what cd player would have 2 subwoofer channels? Heck, it wouldn't even have one. Anyway you can clarify your question?

its some marketing scheme by panasonic to make it sound better then 'stereo' or '2 channel audio'

i mean who in their right mind would want a 2 audio channel minisystem when you could get 'TWO SUPER WOOFER CHANNELS' instead :pinch:

I'd personally need better clarification of the equipment you're working from already, even just a specific model number.

Generally speaking, sounds like you'd probably one way or the other eventually be risking damage to equipment.

*Perhaps* a powered sub can be run with a line out or something, but you probably shouldn't risk mucking around if you don't know what you're doing.

Anyway, please supply more specific info if possible.
