The founder and CEO of Double Fine Productions, Tim Schafer, shaved off his beard after reaching his weight loss target:

He had sported the beard since 2005, making the change all the more pronounced. Personally I thought he looked better before but as someone who has gone through numerous facial hair styles I can certainly appreciate the need for change.
