Wolvereen
I wanted to know if someone could point me in the right direction. I've done this before, but only for a Mac, and now I need to do it on a PC. I have a DVD of a live concert (Peter Gabriel - Growing Up Tour) and I want to rip the audio from it (I think there is just a stereo track on it besides the DTS and DD 5.1). Once I get it in WAV I want to make a CD/2 CD set. I can take it all from the WAV, but whats the easiest/best way to extract AUDIO ONLY from a DVD such as this? I hope this isn't an illegal question as a CD set is not for sale. I just really want to be able to enjoy it in my car! Thanks!
aem4162
I found this at download.com, but there is also a program they talked about on Screen Savers that rips audio from DVDs. I can't remember what it is now. You can do a search there.
lardiop Veteran Posted November 5, 2003 Veteran Share Posted November 5, 2003 I use Nero Wave Editor to capture "What you hear" as a 48000khz 16-bit wav.. Then I just make a standard audio cd out of the wav's i recorded.
