Anyone who knows about Defuzzification Methods on MatLab?

Hello everyone. i was trying to do an exercise on fuzzy logic using the matlab. Until so far i have created my varialbes, the fuzzy sets, the memebership functions,the if-then rules and one output variable using the fuzzy function. Now i want to do fuzzy-methods and defuzzification methods but i don't know how to do it. I found a function on the matlab website but i don't know which is the correct way to make the defuzzification methods. How i can add values to test the defuzzification? I have created 5 variables.
